We’re moving!

We have some rather ‘hot-off-the-press’ news!

We’re moving … just a few miles down the road.

Having outgrown our current premises we have taken the exciting decision to buy somewhere of our own to call home, and will be moving just a few miles down the road to The Shires Farm, Easingwold in time for Christmas 2019.

Helped by a grant from the Rural Development Programme for England: Growth Programme, the expansion plans have seen a large amount of planning and investment and will see the poultry processing, butchery unit and main office move to The Shires.

While our chickens will remain at their current site at Pilmoor, our turkey flock will have a new home in Easingwold. The move will allow both flocks even more fine Yorkshire pasture (over 60 acres) to graze and forage and enjoy their unique herb diet.

When will we move?

Renovating our new (& rather unloved farm) into the brand new Herb Fed HQ and state-of-the-art production & cold storage facility is a major project to say the least, but we are well underway in time for Christmas.

The move will allow us to continue to produce birds of the highest quality and control our whole farm to fork journey.

Edward, Emma (& little Letty) are very excited about this new chapter and look forward to our new life living on site with the flock.
